Yes, you can activate a free trial to try out all features without restrictions for 90 days before making a decision.
No, we don't process payments or store billing information while you're on a trial. You can choose to purchase a plan at any time during your trial period.
You can use the free features of Xcasca without creating an account. However, to gain access to all features and features of a paid plan, you will need to create an Xcasca account.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. When the term expires, it will automatically renew and your payment method on file will be charged for another term.
Purchases are made separately for each account, and one user license is granted per account. You can log in and use up to 5 devices per account. If you exceed the maximum number of logins, you can log out of an active device and log in on a new device.
Product licenses are currently not personal/enterprise discriminatory; once purchased, they are free for enterprise use. (This policy may change in the future.)
At the end of the trial or subscription period, you will lose access to your local and cloud data. You will need to renew your subscription within 30 days to regain access to the data. If 30 days elapse, your data will be deleted and unrecoverable.
